Kristen Pringle (Director & Mental Health Occupational Therapist) & her team at the Mindful Movement Centre provide an integrated, holistic, and evidence-based service to support infants, children, youth, parents, families/carers, and their professional and familial support systems.
Qualified & experienced in paediatrics, perinatal & adult mental health, infant and parent mental health, occupational therapy, trauma-sensitive yoga therapy & mindfulness, we empower families and professionals to foster compassion, connection and being present.
We provide professionals with training, supervision, consultation and organisational/program development, such as Trauma-informed care, evidence-based paediatric & family Occupational Therapy, Trauma-Sensitive movement and yoga approaches, Trauma-Sensitive Sensory/Interoceptive approaches, compassionate mindful parenting, Mindful Self-Compassion (MSC) and programs such as Trauma Center Trauma-Sensitive Yoga (TC-TSY).
